Healthy Brownies

Brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup nut butter I use almond but any nut butter will do here
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder I highly recommend Jocko protein powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line or grease an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are firm.
  4. Remove the brownies from the oven and gently press down on the top to form a crackly top. Let them cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

TO STORE: Leftovers should be stored in the refrigerator, covered, as they will spoil at room temperature. They will keep well for up to five days.
