Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Large Whole Egg
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt or blended cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop protein powder I highly recommend the Jocko brand of protein powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Sweetener I recommend monk fruit powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Blend or process all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Turn on your waffle maker and coat with non-stick spray.
  3. Pour in the mix and cook until ready (2–3 minutes).
  4. Remove the waffle and repeat.

Notes

Top with chopped fresh fruit, nuts, chocolate, or other chips.
